      Pros

      Great team, very lovely humans, all really ambitious and supportive of each other. Ambitious team for sure, access to amazing startup teams. Lots of folks get promoted, PD is a focus internally. Lots of ownership and direct feedback from leadership. Very transparent with finances and business trajectory too.

      Pros

      Everyone at HigherPeople is wonderful to work with. The team is tight knit and the culture is collaborative. Everyone wants to see each other succeed.

      Cons

      Like any startup, there are process still being built out, but it is wonderful to get to contribute to this environment and watch it grow.
