      Flexible working has to be requested and approved There are two campuses, located a 10-minute walk away from each other

      Free lunch Gym use Parking (although can be difficult some days) Can have really good managers

      No future planning only immediate Decisions are rushed and too last minute Affects a lot day to day work just to lack of insight to help do your job
