Pros
They will keep it real and tell you about your performance. They promote company lunches and company outings which is fun. The benefits are decent, but your pay will be extremely low. They built a beautiful building and the kitchen/break area is great.
Cons
They will compare you to other people in a negative way and give you details about other people's performance. The hours are long and they expect you to stay late every day. The pay is not even close to what they advertise, it's extremely low and you are ALWAYS overloaded with work. You will know if management likes you or not, they will roll eyes at you if you are not one of their favorites. There isn't any room for growth, the company is small, you will be in the same position for all years in there, you may become a sales person but that's about it. The turnover is high and people get fired or leave a lot!
