Pros

They will keep it real and tell you about your performance. They promote company lunches and company outings which is fun. The benefits are decent, but your pay will be extremely low. They built a beautiful building and the kitchen/break area is great.

Cons

They will compare you to other people in a negative way and give you details about other people's performance. The hours are long and they expect you to stay late every day. The pay is not even close to what they advertise, it's extremely low and you are ALWAYS overloaded with work. You will know if management likes you or not, they will roll eyes at you if you are not one of their favorites. There isn't any room for growth, the company is small, you will be in the same position for all years in there, you may become a sales person but that's about it. The turnover is high and people get fired or leave a lot!

Only work here if you're desperate, and even then think twice.

Pros

Can't think of any pros!

Cons

Worst management ever!! I have never been treated so unprofessionally. Management is a joke! They only care about themselves and they are so messy and disrespectful. People don't stay long. They will make you work if you're on your death bed. Managers contradict themselves and change policies every other day. Managers treat you like peasants and dont know how to talk to you like adults. the place becomes depressing! There is no true leadership in the company.

Pros

Absolutely nothing good to say

Cons

Haha disgruntled employees write reviews??,you have over 10 employees who quit, there must be something wrong with your company and not 10 employees who quit. FYI most of the people who quit joined major multinational companies not small timers like yours. The last post mentioned this is like a tech company, hilarious, tech companies pay a Starting salary of approx 80k. Your starting salary is around 25k, quit making a fool of yourself and comparing your sweat shop to a tech company. Current employees who are women beware the owner will take pictures of your feet at the Christmas party and post it at the company meeting, totally ABNORMAL behavior this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. These dishonest will say they have offices all over the U.S. to cheat clients, they have only one office in the US but have cell phones with those area codes which ring in their office. It's an absolute joke that in 2017 people still pull these cheap tricks. To prospective employees Yes don't listen to what the former employees say go ahead and join them and learn the hard way.
