Outpatient supervisor has serious problems. Unethical with clients. Cussed me out on a daily basis if I had questions regarding training. Which I only had 15 minutes of training that was to include every aspect of my job.
Great benefits and some of the people are great. The clients are the only reason to stay.
Cons
They over work you and you’re very underpaid and constantly are changing things. They are slowly working on running the facility into the ground and they do not care. There is also very little room for growth.
