You get to dress up to play business attire in the mornings to feel like a champ lol

Cons

Lure you in with "Account Manager" title. Try to fool you into thinking it's a prominent position masking door to door salesman with its a face to face marketing scheme. As much as they say they have pinpointed thier leads through clients which is mainly verizon its pretty much door to door with the tablet telling you who isn't a verizon customer already & if they have verizon cell phones. For 7-8 hours your outside in the "field" which is really the streets knocking annoying ppl at home trying to convince them to switch over from comcast. They say oh 2 weeks of door to door then your bumped up to account manager which is still door to door for a year then 1 out of many employees is chosen to open a location which motivates everybody man I can be like him & hire suckers to go knocking for me & gaslight them into thinking its more then a big ponzi scheme of door to door sales. If you like knocking on doors & making money then have at it but don't be fooled by this fast paced growth promises your just knocking on doors until your good enough to train others & still knocking on door for commission. Pretty much a ponzi scheme & don't reply with your bs because your getting exposed!

The Team was absolutely amazing

Cons

They don't tell you until after you sign the paperwork that it is a door to door sales job. You will be dropped in a territory for 7 hours a day and unless you are or have a trainee you are completely alone. Also, for the pay - you have to sign a document that says you if you are there for the full time of training every day, 6 days a week and never miss time you will recieve $500 a week. HOWEVER, if you have medical issues even and quit before that 3 weeks is up (like most do their retention is awful) you will only recieve $12 per hour you are IN THE OFFICE. You're only in there for 2 hours. They do not pay you when you are in the field. So for my over 45hour work week I made $120.

- commission pay - door to door sales job - lies - work late hrs and weekends - eat everyday at 7/11 or Wawa - no breaks - high turnover rate
