Pros

Weekends, nights, holidays off (depending on position) and so many great people work for the company.

Cons

Company doesn't provide sick days, doesn't offer commission, very strict with overtime, technology/programs used at the company aren't very advanced.

This was a decent first marketing and sales job out of college. I got some good experience to bring with me to my next job.

Cons

I wish it paid more. Employee turnover in all positions made work harder
