No room for advancement. Managers across the board act like if this were high school. If you tell something to your manager best believe the company will know. No room for advancement, promotion is really based on how close you are to someone one. The majority of physicians are rude, think they are better than you. I worked here for over 7 years and things are only getting worst. HR does not know how to handle situations and try to push you to quit. When the pandemic started some non essential workers were forced to lie if by any chance we would get stopped by the police. The same non essential workers were told they could not work from home however, others were ok to work from home. In general stay away from this company.
