Pros

Very good sales training, if you pay attention you can learn a lot about sales. The experience alone will increase your skills, develop your resume, and turn you into a star employee that any company would be happy to have.

Cons

Long work hours, mentally challenging job.

Pros

The atmosphere for the most part was really great. Mostly positive energy doing group activities in the morning to get you excited about the workday.

Cons

You work 6 days a week. Your shift is from 9:30am to about 8 pm. The majority of the work day you’re walking door to door to people’s homes trying to sell them At&t products in all weather conditions. There’s no work life balance. Hardly any days off. No health, dental, vision benefits. They hype up the opportunity to become manager and own your own office BUT it’s very RARE that actually happens no matter how hard you work. Your promotions are based off of your team members success which is often out of your control. There are people that have been working here for about 3 years and still haven’t become manager. It’s not logical to work here longer than a year.
