4 on 4 off shifts are great.
Cons
Management/ supervisors are dreadful and a terrible lack of skills. They look after friends instead of collectively looking after all operators. Very high turnover of operators and engineers. Wages are terrible. Machines constantly break down. Company running on a penny budget. Some operators interfering with other people's job.
