Stressful, too much expected with not enough compensation.

Pros

The benefits are excellent which most don't deserve. They will hire anyone with less than basic experience.

Cons

If you have any work ethic, you are going to have to put up with many who do not. Work ethics are discouraged, hard work is frowned upon. Laziness, talking, wasting time, and mistakes seem to be praised.

Pros

The insurance is pretty good, but the deductible is pretty high.

Cons

Pay is low, and they never seem to do annual reviews. They claim the 4 $200.00 quarterly bonuses they give are better than a raise, but you never seem to make any more money than you did the year before.

My co-workers are good people and fun to work with. The benefits are top notch.

Cons

They don't do reviews very often, and do raises even less. I've been with the company for more than 10 years and my last raise was 1.6% after not having a raise in 5 years.
