      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere where you’re surrounded by people who show up because they’re passionate and not just to get paid. It feels like a family within the clinic with the kids and the staff. Staff does amazing maintaining high energy sessions with lots of natural teachings through play like dancing, art, games, and gym activities.

      Cons

      Newer company so lots of changes but almost all changes are for the better so that is a major pro.

      Pros

      Sufficient hourly pay, diverse work environment

      Cons

      It is near impossible to get hours, they did not provide required supervision, they do not implement ABA properly it runs more like a daycare. Extremely unethical, petty drama among staff including BCBAs and other supervising positions. Any concerns to HR were glossed over or ignored/treated as “false claims”

      Pros

      I interviewed here but was never an employee. I do not recommend this company at all.

      Cons

      Someone reached out to be on linked in and asked if I wanted to interview. I accepted the interview (which they moved 3 different times and I had to keep adjusting my schedule). Then they interviewed me and seemed interested in me being a part of the team. They never reached out and when I tried to reach out no one responded. A huge waste of time and not professional.
