Great bunch of people. All very talented and highly skilled in their areas of expertise. Leadership (and more or less everyone on the team) is well connected in the startup/tech community, which presents opportunities to network and learn from others. You're given a lot of freedom and autonomy to do your best work.

If you want to be autonomous while also supported by a team this is a great place to work. The team itself is really fantastic, with a hugely interesting mix of skills so your guaranteed to always be learning something from someone else. People are really helpful and supportive, but you're given a ton of room because everyone believes you will do the best work you can. Good balance between working hard on interesting things, while also understanding that we are all people who have lives.
