Pros

Love my co-workers great culture to work in, patient population although difficult is exactly the people I want to work with, Immediate nurse supervisor approachable and was always willing to work with me, decent benifits

Cons

CHI bought out Highline, alot of unwelcomed changed have happened including cuts in benefits. Equipment is lacking, products changed constantly to what seems like a cheaper version. Benefits are great if you are willing to use only Highline providers, but lack if you want to go somewhere else. Pay is lowest in King county.
