      Pros

      Everyone gets accepted and low fees. If you're experienced and have your own network then this may be the place for you.

      Cons

      You will soon come to realize that they promise more than they can give you. Weekly trainings are the same trainings. This is not for the inexperienced agent, and communication can be better. No real sense of mentorship, just team leads who are also inexperienced. Runnnnn if you're new.

      Met some great people.

      CEO over promised and under delivers to get people through the door- paying over $350 to join (although CEO has now changed). Favoritism plays a huge part in who is delegated listings. Management seems to always be changing and it's not hard to see why no one wants to work for Bilal. Help is hard to come by. I saw a lot of agents leave while I worked there. Wouldn't recommend working here if you're a new agent- only perhaps if you are experienced and self sufficient.

      Its a new company.

      Cons

      The president likes to lure people in by talking about how rich he is and how successful he has become. He tells the agents to write fake reviews to bring clients in and make the company look better. They don't care to properly train you, they only care about collecting the fee to join.
