      Pros

      Highlite Staffing is a great company to work for. They understand the importance of work/life balance and of family. Since my job can be done remotely, they are more than willing to work with my schedule when it is necessary when I have doctor's appointments or have issues with my children. They offer competitive pay and always reward those who go above and beyond. It is one of the best workplaces I have worked at in a long time.

      I haven't really experienced any cons yet, to be honest.

      Pros

      I wish I knew! HLS talked a big talk about employment placement and then delivered nothing. They apparently only exist to sell classes and subscriptions to their empty website.

      Cons

      Disrupted my unemployment payouts during the pandemic because they claimed me as an employee while offering no work opportunities. Save your time instead of going through application, interview process, group meetings, and met with zilch, nada, nothing.
