Most days you can leave by 3:30, and only a handful of employees are worth working with! Work was easy!
Cons
Where do I start! People get away with murder while everyone else takes the blame! Lines assembling would rather talk and talk crap about workers there than do any work, always fell behind leaving other lines to complete their work! One certain lead showed way too much favoritism and these workers Walked around most of the day off the line and no penalty yet if anyone else did they would get called out! Way too much Drama!! People would complain way too much about receiving help when others where places to help them and then talked trash about when left! Everyone acted shady! Again only a few where tolerable to work around with good vibes. Get used, talked about, treated like crap and more! And only certain employees get away with the point system, showing up late everyday, coming back from breaks late and leaving early for breaks and more!!! Then once you work your days for temp and finally get hired on you never get the expected pay till you work another 190 days WTH!!! Never recommend this job!
