Pros

-Some nice coworkers -Work from home

Cons

Everything. Firstly, management is unprofessional when it comes to both work and casual conversations. They gossip about one another and try to clean it up with a laugh or say something nice after realizing what they just said. States there is extreme flexibility in your schedule and how you manage your work, but when you try to exercise that right, you are told something different. Minimum to no raise even after 3 years. Just a change of job title to appear as if growth happened. Unnecessary emails almost daily. With that being said, they email to highly encourage you to write reviews of the company. So all these newly positive reviews(especially around the same time frame) are just people following protocol, which I thought goes against glassdoor rules. Most employees are actually not happy here. With the work that is done, you can go to another company with the same title or close to it and make far more money. Pay is extremely almost insulting low. Management will ignore issues and concerns. There are some good but burnt out people here.

Pros

You work from home that's it

Cons

The pay is low $20 an hour. They assign you more work but never raise your pay. Also, with the economy that we're currently in, you think they'd offer a raise or some type of incentive for perks, but they're not going to do that high turnover. I've lost several friends and co-workers being in this position. I too am looking at the front door. As soon as I find something better do not work for this company!!! At this point they need to fall in line with other help desks positions that are paying $30 to $40 an hour and our remote people got bills. They got families. Got to realize that. Also training sucks. You really got to take time to streamline your training and to ensure that your technicians understand everything they've learned and can actually fully function. Not just taking an hour or 45 minutes to show something real quick to somebody and expect them to get it and then tell them his some notes. You can read on it and figure it out yourself later. That's not the way to go. That is not the way!!

Pros

The people who work at Highspring are genuinely some of the most friendly, flexible, and intelligent professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They are collaborative, supportive, and always willing to share their expertise, which creates a positive and productive work environment. The culture among peers fosters mutual respect and a strong sense of camaraderie that makes day-to-day interactions enjoyable. Additionally, the work-life balance is truly exceptional borderline unbeatable and serves as one of the most attractive aspects of the company. Employees are generally afforded the flexibility to manage their time effectively, which contributes to both professional satisfaction and personal well-being.

Cons

The policies, management practices, benefits structure, and top leadership at Highspring are heavily driven by greed. Over the past two years, I have personally witnessed more than 15 salaried employees laid off due to company mismanagement, personal disputes, and financial self-interest. Highspring actively practices "Right to Terminate" and has a history of dismissing employees for arbitrary reasons—often revising internal policies after the fact to justify those terminations. The consulting work provided to clients rarely yields meaningful improvements. In most cases, clients are dissatisfied with the outcomes, and the only successful engagements are those that revert to traditional staffing augmentation models. It is also common for members of management to insert themselves onto project payrolls to collect client funds without contributing any actual work—beyond attending a Teams call or the occasional in-person meeting.
