The pay isn't worth it, the owners of he company give off a more of a "boy's club" mentality which can be very unprofessional. I have witnessed a lot of misleading information that was given to a lot of new starts just to "add bodies" inorder to grow the team. That wasn't very successful and led to a high turnover rate which also affected the possibility of being promoted. And do not let their postings trick you! It is a door to door sales job working for charities, you get paid a $50 per diem and around $20 per deal. If you like that style of a job then go for it, but for me it was one of the worst experiences on a day to day basis I've ever had. Would never recommend
