- Inconsistent Communication from Leadership: While leadership is driven, their communication of decisions and company direction can be opaque and delayed. There's a feeling of being "in the dark" about the bigger picture. They have recently started sending more timely updates, which is a good step, but it's not enough. Many employees, including myself, would strongly prefer regular town halls or Q&A sessions to understand the company's strategy, challenges, and future roadmap.
- "Manager Lottery" Effect: The positive, flat-hierarchy culture is highly dependent on who your direct manager is. Some teams enjoy incredible autonomy and support, while others experience more unclear management styles.
