Pros

• COO is an Idealist and a visionary. Being a part Filipino himself he uses Hikinex as a way to help fellow Pinoys receive decent wage, but make no mistake at the end of the day, he is still a businessman. so ultimately business comes first. Personally I think he is a cool guy but has tendency to succumb to his ego. • Above market rate for employees • Monthly internet is part of the package • Permanent work from home setup • Equipments are provided (ie laptop, headset, etc)

Cons

• I’d like to think that COO is a fairly reasonable person, however, the problem is that he is surrounded by employees who have very limited (or doesn’t even have any) experience at all in managing a company or people so often times his views are very limited. He only listens to people who belongs in his favorite book, in effect we’ve noticed that he along with his minions have an auto negative response. If the idea didn’t come from them then they think that its not worth listening to. • Employees are treated as disposable – I think many employees both past and present can attest to this. At the end of the day you are just a number and the so-called “management” will ensure to remind you and make you feel as such. • Power tripping and feeling of entitlement amongst the young and inexperienced managers and directors are rampant especially if they feel threatened towards an employee. Their bad behaviors are tolerated and they are exempted from the rules, and no you can't call them out cause then you'll be bullied, how? through biased remarks in DYN, unfounded criticism aimed not to help you improve but to make them look better than everyone, and so much more. • To qualify for favorites you have to be either *cough cough* good looking or good at sucking up. seriously this is no joke this is a pre-requisite. • The training is (and I say this with all kindness) GARBAGE! For the R1 training you will be taught on how to navigate various job boards. R2 training simply teaches you on what to say during MAG (meet and greet) with the client. In here they teach you how to introduce yourself citing your background experience, etc. The worse thing about this is often times they try to pass inexperienced recruiters as experienced ones (I’d like to go at length on this but this might be considered as confidential info but trust me if you’re new into recruiting then brace yourself, you’re up for a bumpy ride ON.YOUR.OWN!!!) There's no issue in providing opportunities for inexperienced employees, however, please don't let them fend for themselves without proper guidance and unrealistic goals set by the EM to the clients just to close the account. • Don't even get me started on the EMs, their only roles are to close accounts - and no dear one, they don't have an ounce of care about recruiters. why would they, after all you're just a number and they can always have you replaced. all they care about is their dollar dollar bills. Their idea of engaging people is greeting them "good morning" and thats it. If you require their assistance, their response time is 1 week if you're lucky, otherwise it will just be swept under the rugs as always. • one of the tactless manager even made a foolish remark that she wanted to fire people cause she was in such a bad mood. imagine that, your career hanging by a thread depending on what mood your manager is feeling. spell toxic and unprofessional. • Turn-over or retention rate is only between 20-30% since it was founded 3 years ago. If you are having doubts with what I’ve written here, then this my friend is the ultimate red flag. Numbers don’t lie. • And oh they also have numerous complaints in Dept. of Labor. Go figure.

Pros

provides training in linkein recruiter

Cons

1. The whole organization are being led by people who's inexperience in the field. The management consists of folks who are fresh from internship and after couple of months were promoted to 'DIRECTOR' and again are not experts or inexperience in RPO industry. 2. very bad culture who's also ran by self centered CEO. when you get in to the company.. you'd know who i'm talking about. 3. they prioritized their client so much to a point that the sr. recruiters are pulled in an out of their current clients to be used as deal breaker for the new client who pays well and let alone those who don't. $$$ 4. no structure. no strategies. just bad poor handling. 5. due to lack of leadership experience, people in the management will make their employees feel frustrated to stupid. 6. and HR has no say as it is being controlled by the people in the management who also has no idea about employment policies and law. P. S. if they knew you're filing a case against them, expect that company's policy has been updated. Goodluck!
