Pros

- The few Salesforce technical leads are highly skilled and committed, doing their best under constant pressure and understaffing. - Newer professionals might gain early exposure to multiple Salesforce projects, but the lack of proper onboarding, mentorship, and structured guidance makes this experience more stressful than beneficial.

Cons

The company lacks clear strategic direction and stable leadership. Processes around roles, performance reviews, and team structure change frequently with little communication, leaving employees and managers confused and frustrated. The project portfolio is outdated, with little innovation or growth. Experienced staff are overworked due to a reliance on junior hires, and talent retention is a growing issue. There’s no dedicated HR function or reliable support system. When employees face aggressive or inappropriate client behavior, leadership typically offers little to no backing. Culture is focused more on external image than internal well-being. Labels like “Great Place to Work” and “B Company” are emphasized, but the day-to-day employee experience rarely aligns with those claims. Sudden terminations are handled poorly, often without clear communication or transition support. Raises and recognition are rare. Certifications are expected but not supported with study time or compensation, placing extra burden on employees outside work hours. The company regularly participates in charity events. However, many employees feel this focus does not translate into improvements in salaries or benefits. Recently, the company has become part of a broader “ecosystem” of companies. These changes have been introduced with minimal communication—there have been no formal meetings or detailed updates for employees. Additionally, employees from these other companies have been added to internal Slack channels, which has led to some confusion and adjustment challenges for the existing staff. Employee turnover continues to increase as many look for more stable and supportive workplaces.
