      - A place to learn all kind of things, especially reporting skills. - Feel like you are worth of working hard because of the promised benefits

      Cons

      - People don't respect each other, no one is happy working there - Absolutely tied up with meetings and reporting that wasting everyone's time to prepare, present and to attend - They put "bilingual" as a requirement on job ads not only asking for language skills but traditional Asian working ethic, - CEO likes to be flattered, sometimes he flatter himself
