      Pros

      Pay is reasonable, nice equipment.

      Cons

      Hospital is run by idiots and staff runs out anyone that dosen't fit in with their clique. I have observed them blatantly violate discrimination laws on several protected classes. They make up reasons to fire people and do not care about their employees. Either you fit in their club or they kick you out. Unless your from the area your likely to get kicked out.

      Hands down the best place I have worked! Great teamwork throughout the medsurg floor and even better Director.

      Cons

      Since I have to write a con, I would just say maybe new computers.
