      Nice product line to sell

      Cons

      No training, shipping and product availability issues, outdated infrastructure, no marketing, handling of hazardous chemicals with no safety training, heavy commissioned pay with little base. All expenses came from personal budget. Old dying company

      No Pros to speak of! Maybe uneducated Management?

      Cons

      No PPE in primitive manufacturing area. Safety equipment none existent. No proper ventilation plant wide. Outdated equipment. Abestos and mildew throughout plant and front office. Rats walk through the ceilings all day long. No blacks in management or sales.
