Cons
Executive management and senior management incapable of making good decisions to support growth, keeping up with modern technology, good ol boy club, they ask experts for advice and don't take it, they don't work collaboratively for the well being of the firm...repercussions always happen at the bottom when they should be happening at the top. Decisions have been made that will chase producers away or in time put them out of business. Also I believe there is discrimination towards women, people in lower positons and older employees. They hire young people in at lowest possible salary and they leave. Hilliard recently terminated ~150 positions. Not stable. Watch you back! The CEO and execs have an uncanny way of sugar coating a disaster.
