Pros
Company has very great leadership and very friendly management. Management is constantly making sure all employees are informed of all decisions. Weekly round table meetings to ensure all department heads give update on whats going on. Good 401k plan, health benefits, etc. Great place to work.
Cons
Really not too much negative to say about the company.
