      bad managers with proof of multiple harassement are still protected by hierarchy

      salary is fair perks and bonus

      Cons

      Review work for both HDMS and the French office. bad management behaviour harassement is common among manager work atmosphere is depressing (people aren't happy, specially in the French office) Note: a few years ago, after an internal survey in the French showed resentments from a signicant number of employees, the management has been audited (w/o real results) and the communication department has "strongly encouraged" employees to publish positive reviews on Glassdoor to improve the global score.

      Pros

      Great company culture, very diverse, & inclusive (depends). It's a people company which harbors a feeling of family & close friends and or acquaintances. The company invests a lot to improve their synergies with other teams and other markets.

      Cons

      Not the most visionary leadership team, lots of favoritism and nepotism mainly in the global offices. The employee handbook almost doesn't apply to global employees. No future for anyone who does not have a background in sales and or doesn't wish to continue being a project manager.
