One year probation period, 3-6 months is acceptable... Probation period is too long as compare to all pharma or life- science organisation in India No medical insurance coverage in first year... It's too bad, what if anyone undergoes any medical assistance No leaves in first year... Which is again unacceptable First 3 months on training for experienced employees... How pathetic.. No maternity leave for first 2 years... How rude is HR policy. Employees are asked to sign 3 years bond. No salary breakup is given even after joining 4 months For 1st 3 months salary is paid by cheque. No job security, they don't even give proper on job training and expect performance from day one.
