One year probation period, 3-6 months is acceptable... Probation period is too long as compare to all pharma or life- science organisation in India
No medical insurance coverage in first year... It's too bad, what if anyone undergoes any medical assistance

Employees are asked to sign 3 years bond.
No salary breakup is given even after joining 4 months
For 1st 3 months salary is paid by cheque.
No job security, they don't even give proper on job training and expect performance from day one.
