Cons

No support from leadership. No streamline of processes, no true direction. HR is a joke and more concerned with building friendships oppose to ensure a healthy work environment. Not a safe environment.

Previous president and CFO are no longer there. Possibly 3-4 good people remain.

Manipulative management Run largely by uneducated housewives with no regard for each other or departments. Upper management is deceptive.

Really struggling to think of many.....The discount on merchandise was cool. The actual workers are nice but management is a hot mess. Lazy bunch

Management is elitist and doesn't want to be bothered with staff Your job performance is less important that whose butt you kiss If you don't get in with the right group you have no chance of success or promotion Management is lazy and doesn't want to be bothered with anything The President is a total jerk His buddy pulls his strings and controls whether you succeed or not
