      Free Lunch. Can try out company's products from time to time, under the name of QA.

      Cons

      Weird company hierarchy and office politics. Treacherous promotion path, have to take 3+ years promoting to manager. Empire of one man, employees have no-say on decision-making.

      There is lunch provided. The restroom is clean.

      Cons

      Make grandiose plans without the means to fulfill them. To fire someone at any time, often without warning or justification. You must be on time for work, or else your pay will be docked.

      lots of work that didn't suppose to be yours forces all workers to get vaccinated, if not the manager will call you to his office and torture you
