Pros
Company is easy to find on the map. People you work with on an hourly employee level are great. Benefits are ok.
Cons
Long hours. They pay a low hourly rate and force you to work OT to make missed salary for the job you're doing. Then they lie to you and lay you off during the offseason and since your hourly rate was low, they don't have to pay much with unemployment. The management level at the VP level is atrocious. They care more about their own bonuses than they do the safety, happiness and quality of life their employees have. And if you are not part of the "liars club" than you will be lied on, yelled at, and told you have a personal problem with people because they lie about you and the job you do.
