Pros
Everyone is important in a small company. Get to know/see the owners on a regular basis. Don't have to feel like you're just a number in a giant corporation. Good positive atmosphere! Pays better than most other construction.
Cons
Turnover is extremely low, so promotions don't open up very fast. Somewhat like road construction, they don't work much Jan Feb and part of March.
