Pros
By working at Hirbodan you can gain experience in a vast range of industries from oil and gas to fossil fuel and renewable power plants. Also, you can involve in different types of contracts with clients such as EPC, MC and consultants which demand different type of skill sets.
Cons
Hirbodan used to be a great company, but nowadays, it is full of empty. Procedures are useless, politics overcome procedures, salary rates are falling and bonuses are eliminated.
