1. You have open hands to fearlessly implement what you have learned. 2. Management has a keen eye to evaluate your strengths and always takes steps to provide you with opportunities. 3. The great thing is, you won't necessarily get work that matches your experience or skills, but if you have the potential and the willingness to learn, it's an open place to do so. 4. Team culture is great, even ceo itself get involved with you in Times of Trouble.
Cons
With so many exciting opportunities, each day feels like fun and doesn't require motivation to work tirelessly, the team itself is motivation. However, on Saturdays, it's tough. Taking Saturdays off could help recharge and come back stronger for the next week.
