      Pros

      I have moved from intern to consultant, to sr consultant in just over a year. Lot's of room for growth, interfacing directly with the clients, a fair commission structure, a fast-paced environment, and a very supportive team and management. Remote working style. They give you all the tools needed to be successful and take time to cultivate employees' skills. Do not just submit pointless resumes to clients just to get numbers.
