Pros
Hireminds was incredible. The people there are fantastic, and in the world of recruting, when things can get really tough, really quick, it will be your colleagues sitting next to you that help get you through. Everyone in the office is not only there to teach, but also to learn. It is an environment that fosters learning, whether it be formal sit down meetings with your direct supervisor, or learning from David, the President, when he sits next to you at lunch, (eating with colleagues is something everyone in the office does everyday).
It is a place where you can learn so much, and grow, and I could not possibly thank Hireminds enough for everything I learned there. If I was in a position to hire new employees I would use them as a preferred staffing agency without skipping a beat.
Cons
Can't think of any about the company. Recruiting isn't for everybody, myself as an example. But Hireminds did everything they could to teach me how to be successful, and if I was going to do it over again, I would have picked Hireminds again.
