      - Being part of a strong team with solid work ethics - Enjoy working with like minded people - Growth opportunity - Flexibility - No micro-management - Get paid for how hard you work - No office politics - Remote work - Great culture

      Cons

      - Must be a self starter who can work independently, otherwise this may not be the best environment for you. You do have a team, but also work remotely and are in charge of your own day.

      HireResources is a great place for those that are self-motivated and want to earn what they are truly worth. Our remote office framework allows you to work where you want on your schedule. No micromanagement zone, we employ a solid structure and a great team of professionals pulling in the same direction. This combination is ideal for professionals with proven industry success. HireResources is the perfect solution for experienced recruitment professionals that have a desire to work on their own with the support and direction of leading industry professionals.

      Cons

      We are not a good fit for those with no recruitment industry experience. Our open model really requires knowledge and success in the industry. If you do not understand the activity levels needed to succeed in the space we may not be the best place for you.

      + Great if you are experienced recruiter who wants to work at your own hours/pace + Management provides great training and support + Great caliber of recruiters + Excellent range of clients to work with.

      Cons

      - Commission only. Money to be made but have to be ready to have fluctuating income
