It's unfortunate that this previous employee did not feel optimistic about Hirease. We are very excited about our current growth and the opportunities that will be afforded to our current employees and prospective employees. Hirease has procedures in place and an open door policy. Hirease also offers compensation packages higher than many of our competitors in this industry (including matching 401k plans, quarterly bonus incentives and immediate accrual of PTO), as well as, offers a variety of additional benefits.
