Where do we begin…. For one, they will go above and beyond to figure out ways to not pay you what is rightfully owed. Chinese leadership comes off quite insulting. They will speak to you as if you are brain dead. They infiltrate Indeed by having their overseas teams apply to jobs using fake resumes. Once the hiring manager reaches out to them, they save their information as a lead for the sales team. Sometimes, they will even try to bait and switch on the spot once the manager reaches out, and attempt to sell Hirey’s services right then and there. You can imagine how frustrating that is for a hiring manager to be reaching out to a “potential candidate” only to find out it’s another company trying to sell you their services in an unethical manner. Ethics aren’t a thing at this company unfortunately. The pay structure was changed countless times, and each time it seemed the sales team got the short end of the stick. The Sales team made more money getting users to download the free version of the product vs. when the company started to attempt monetization of the product. This is most likely due to the fact they are more interested in stealing data than creating a successful product. Current paid customers are “not important” according to Chinese leadership. They only seem to be interested in new users and new money. Once again, most likely due to the interest in the American population’s data and making an American cash grab. The only reason they aren’t catching as much heat as Tik Tok is because nobody realizes they are a Chinese company. They use to operate under their parent company name - Hirect. Hirect failed in the US due to being removed from The Apple App Store. That was a result of violating privacy and data for its users. They re-branded to “Hirey” and surprisingly have fooled the majority that they aren’t related to Hirect. Rest assured, they are the exact same company with the same Chinese funding. When an employee receives their paycheck, the bank statements will show “Hirect One” as the company the money is being received from. They seem to go out of their way to do things the wrong way… even if the right way seems the easiest path to go down. It amazes me they were even able to hire so many great individuals at such a dis functional company. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Federal Government starts looking into this company for all their wrongdoings.
