If you work for the Australian side of the company you will be treated with respect and looked after.

Cons

If you work for the service or Chinese side of the company you will be worked to death and treated like you can be replaced in a heartbeat. No understanding of the Australian culture by Chinese management

only pro's are the people you work with who are also being treated horribly

Cons

management have no accountability management lost massive amounts of money and nothing happened - think they got a promotion they pay people differently for no reason no development opportunities no coaching provided when someone questions management they lost there job pretty quickly after
