I work for 12 hours a day, sometimes even more, and still they are never satisfied. I work late at night, sometimes till 4 AM, and yet they expect me to be in the office by 10:30 AM. They don’t approve leaves, there is no work-from-home option, and there is zero flexibility.
Please don’t choose this company. I’m not saying this out of personal grudges — these are plain facts. They treat employees as if we are nothing, when in reality we are the ones helping them run the company. The lady owner is extremely inconsiderate and lacks empathy.
Even if they offer you a higher salary, don’t fall for it. They will take every bit of it back through overwork and stress. And this applies to any role — they expect you to sit, work, and practically live in the office.
Trust me, don’t go for it.
