DO NOT JOIN, better stay unemployed for a while and join another company

Pros section is unnecessary for this company. If you are currently unemployed and looking for a job, please do not join this company, I would suggest you to continue interviewing and please join another one because even if you get selected, you will be fired as they have only short term projects for which they are hiring you and once the project contract ends you will he fired irrespective of your performance. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!
Cons
Company will hire you for a short term project which will end in less than 3 months and then ask you to find something internally or ask you to get lost, they do not care about you at all FYI- your performance doesn't matter, even if you have performed exceptionally well you will be asked to leave. Resource management group is a joke, they do not understand the difference between Java and JavaScript, according to them both are the same as they have "Java" in them Don't even think of increments or promotions, forget about it. If you are currently unemployed and looking for a job, I suggest you to continue interviewing with other companies and ditch HDS if you care about your and your family's future. HDS will make sure you do not have a future and make you suffer throughout the tenure.
