Pros
Good mission. Helping families find child care and getting subsidies based on what they can afford.
Cons
The CEO is toxic. She's unqualified, has no idea what she's doing and she's made so many people quit or want to quit. It's gone downhill since she came and she is ruining the company. She forced out almost every older employee. She bullies the younger ones and everyone is afraid of her. It's really toxic.
