      Great customers paranoid owners

      Pros

      Customers were great, the grounds are fantastic and they have a very good winemaker

      Cons

      The owners micro-manage everything and watch employees on cameras 24-7. They often were rude to employees in front of customers and do not know how to team build and constantly have turn over due to poor management.

      Pros

      After your shift, the occasional glass of wine. Discounts on wine, and mostly fun customers. Good events to work.

      Cons

      Owners take advantage of folks' good natures. The manager doesn't have the backbone to stand up to owners, so the rules will change. You'll be fine here if you play their "game" and stay in good graces. But you're out of the club once you look at them cross-eyed or make a suggestion they didn't think of.

      This is not a nursery for immature people. It is a business run by business people who have their life saving invested in it.
