      Over worked and under appreciated

      Pros

      Company grill outs and same-level employees were amazing and kind. I made a lot of good friends there, the only good part about it.

      Cons

      Long hours, absurd expectations, downward/classical management styles, lack of communication, impossible supervisors, lots of stress and not enough pay or appreciation. The list goes on. My advice, don’t work here!

      Company pays 100% of employee’s premiums for the HMO/PPO, but not for spouses/family

      Cons

      Stagnant company with no good pay, no bonuses, and no pay rises Managers abuse their power and destroy employees self- esteem and teamwork No room for career advancement

      Cant think of one.Maybe only can on time go home

      Too many No Bonuses.No 13mth Force to leave if you are pregnant Mgrs take credits No empowerment Sales Exec do not know their pricing. Items lead time too long. Ur face will be at notice board if u make mistake to warn people Turnover rate >50% per year Only take care of their own country people MD not firm in decision making.Keep changing.Too fake.
