      Pros

      Most employees are great to work with. I like the social impact element of the business.

      Cons

      I worked with the COO for about a year, and it was a demoralizing experience. Constant micromanagement. Weird manipulations. I had racist comments said to me, and when I reported it to HR, I ended up getting essentially demoted. In general, a lot of shady stuff. If you're not working with top execs, you should be ok... but if you're coming in at a senior level, you're in for a weird ride.
