Pros

- Only pro is you will probably get a 1-2% raise every year to help with cost of living - cake for someone's birthday - its okay to work there temporarily but I wouldn't consider working there long term

Cons

- environment/culture is very old - no flexible working arrangements - no proper communication - no proper training provided - old systems used - hard to move up or progress in your career. - lots of work but not enough staff

Good name. Good technical support. Company vehicle. Uniforms provided.

Cons

Lack of compassion. Obsessed with their bonuses(managers). Lack of communication. Unrealistic goals, and daily quotas. Stressful working environment. Terrible pay.

Co-workers are very nice and open to helping. Benefits are very good. Good opportunity to learn many different things. Flexible work hours.

Cons

Old school business and management, Working from home is not always welcome. Unrealistic deadlines for projects.
