Working under Mahinda in the finance department has been very challenging. He tends to micromanage every task, creating a stressful and unproductive environment. There’s a lack of appreciation for hard work, and after-hours calls and meetings are common — practices that go against standard workplace expectations and employment laws in Sydney. Overall, there’s a strong need for better management practices, trust in employees, and respect for work-life balance.
