Pros

This can be a fun place to work.

Cons

Extremely low pay, very unorganized, production is nonexistant, no benefits, long hours, the absolute worst managment available, high prices, zero customer service, co workers have no knowledge of product despite calling themselves experts, and its very high school like in the form of clicks. Oh yeah, and the owner of the place is an absolute criminal

Pros

It’s great when you get to work with customers who are into the things you are and it’s more like helping a friend choose a good option then just making another sale. That’s not what upper management wants though. They want you to sell the things they make the most money off of. Most of the time it’s not even quality things. Which in turn makes the customer come back with either non functioning or easily broken thing. Just to turn around and sell them “upgrades” that the thing they should of bought already came with. Which would of saved them more money.

Cons

Spineless leadership. Doesn’t have the balls to fire someone face to face. Will typically try and schedule them less and less or at stores that are far away from where they live constantly to try to get them to quit. The management also doesn’t define what is acceptable or what’s not. Then berates and mocks you for making a decision on your best judgment (which is what they tell you to do when they don’t want to bother with it) that goes against what they would of done. Promise progression in the company but then keeps changing the requirements to move on to the next position. Also treats older employees like absolute garbage. Don’t work here and if you do quit. This all applies to only the Dallas owner and locations. Dallas, hurst, Rockwell, lewisville, Arlington
