Health insurance keeps getting worse but benefits over all costs still not all that bad, just have been there so long that I have seen the big change through the years Holiday time off revolves around office workers mon-Fri schedule all though the majority is non traditional schedule causing the manual labor majority being forced to work the holiday or take off without pay if on the weekend and get Mon or Fri off instead for example Easter is on a Sunday so you have to work it at regular pay and get Monday off or work it at holiday rate. Plant shut down work scheduled in hottest time in the summer and it is hot enough as it is
